Hiring CDL-A Drivers Across Arizona

Giltner Transportation was established in 1982 in Jerome, Idaho, and has been hauling refrigerated freight ever since. We run over 250 trucks and 300 trailers with state-of-the-art equipment capable of tracking the location and temperature of every load via satellite. Our on-time delivery rate exceeds 98%.

Whether you are based in Phoenix, Tucson, Flagstaff, Yuma, or elsewhere in the state, we are looking for drivers who want steady miles, competitive pay, and late-model equipment without the hassle of touch freight.

This is an OTR position. You will be out on the road 2–3 weeks at a time with preplanned loads. Drivers can choose to run Western Regional or West-to-Southeast lanes depending on preference and freight availability. When it is time to come home, dispatch coordinates your routing.
