How It Works
We believe that our drivers are our greatest assets. When you refer another driver to make The Better Move and start driving for Giltner, you will be rewarded.
How do you qualify for the referral bonus? It's easy!
- Complete a referral form with the Safety office.
- Make sure the driver you are referring puts your name on their driver application.
When You Get Paid
You can earn a $2,500 bonus for each driver you refer that meets these requirements:
- $500 once the new hire moves a load
- $1000 after the new hire has been employed for 60 days
- $1000 after the new hire has been employed for 6 months
